Sizing Guidance for Our Products
Each product description on our website includes detailed sizing guidance, including recommendations on whether to size up or down. Please note that unless otherwise specified, all bras, shirts, jackets, and t-shirts worn in product images belong to the models and are not part of the sale.

Understanding Our Sizing System
- Our products primarily follow European sizing. However, the UK equivalent size is listed on the product label for your reference.
- Every product is tested in-house by our team to assess fit and provide accurate sizing recommendations. If we note that an item has a tighter fit, we may suggest going up more than one size for optimal comfort.
Sizing Considerations for Stoma and Hernia Support Devices
Stoma and hernia support garments require a different approach to sizing, as they must accommodate the abdomen, stoma, and/or hernia for proper support. Please measure around the fullest part of your abdomen, particularly the area around your stoma, to ensure the best fit.
Additional Fit Recommendations
- If you are under 5 feet tall and wear UK size 16+ or trousers with a 40-inch waist, we recommend opting for hernia belts, pantie girdles, or supportive boxers and briefs for the best fit.
- Unisex support vests are best suited for individuals 5'5" and taller. If you are under this height, we recommend selecting the women’s version for a more tailored fit.
- All support vests should be stepped into and pulled up for proper application.

Fabrics
All our products are designed in house at our Glasgow HQ, production of our designs are produced thoughout Europe, Turkey and Thailand. Where possible we use the highest content of Cotton mixed with small amounts of elastane or alternative stretch fibre. Our internal pocket situated within all of our ostomy underwear is always the highest content of cotton possible to reduce sweating around your bag and in turn reduces the risk of leaking.
Our fashion ranges as well as swimwear, will be a made from polyamide, spandex, elastane mix.
Our Hernia Support Belts:
- Outer: 65% Polyamide, 35% Elastane
- Lining: 94% Cotton, 6% Elastane
Please ensure the velcro is fastened when washing as it may damage other washing. We would recommend using a laundry bag.
Our Hernia Support Vests:
- 36% Cotton 36% Modal 28% Elastane
Make sure you wash all dark colours seperately and wash at 30 desgrees. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean any of these items.
