Consultation Options (ROI)

• Schedule a phone call, Zoom meeting, or face-to-face consultation with one of our Garment Experts.
• After your consultation, we will contact your Stoma Care Nurse (SCN) to confirm support for your application.
• If you are in Ireland (ROI), we will provide a GMS code for you to take to your GP.

Ordering Process

• ROI Customers: You are entitled to three items (belts) per year.
• If an item is unsuitable, we will facilitate an exchange, provided it adheres to our exchange policy.
• Contact Vanilla Blush first before making an exchange to receive proper guidance.
• If ordering online, you will receive a unique order number and instructions on the next steps.
  • ROI Customers: We will provide you with a GMS code to take to your GP.

Sizing Assistance

• Need help with sizing? Contact us directly for expert guidance.
• Items may be exchanged if tried on over outer clothing only.
